I am huge Dr. Berg fan! I attempt to live a healthy lifestyle: eat clean, exercise regularly weekly. Despite healthy living, I was sick like clockwork every three months and couldn’t sleep to save my life. Bloodwork returned all healthy except for my cortisol levels. After watching Dr. Berg’s videos on Cortisol, I was determined to get my levels under control. I began my journey of improving my immune system starting with getting my cortisol under control. This has been part of it. Dr. Berg’s videos have taught been exceptional. His videos have helped me make informed decisions. I have Not been sick since Dec. 2023. I have Had an occasional common cold (maybe once or twice) but they did not go rogue as in the past. I also Sleep! Never thought it would be possible for me.I am Truly grateful!

This product contains Ashwagandha, among other things. I've purchased capsules with only Ashwagandha, and I haven't felt the benefits as much as I have with this product. Could it be the blend that creates more synergy? I don't know. What I do know is that it's an excellent natural formula for anxiety.

I was dealing with flank pain, Panic attacks, anxiety.. Doctors told me to take anxiety medication. Turns out my adrenals were inflamed. Instead I started taking this. I'm all good now. Bye bye flank pain, bye bye anxiety and no more panic attacks.

Fabulous supplement that I recommend often! I first discovered it while going through menopause, it was a game changer. I've taken it off and on during the years since and am relying on it again. During a really intense move, I was taking 6 a day and it helped immensely with the anxious feeling in my stomach. It helps me sleep and not overthink in the middle of the night. I also use his Sleep Aid off and on, really like it.

Iv been a long time fan of Dr berg videos. After watching some videos about the adrenaline body I knew I had finally figured out one of the things wrong with me that doctors couldn’t find. I decided to try these pills along with other things to help my adrenal body . I noticed a difference in my stress levels pretty much as soon as I started useing these . The only reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is because although Iv been eating very healthy, working out , and takeing 2 of Dr berg’s adrenal pills I still haven’t lost a single pound. Still hopping to see a difference 1 day . But the way these help for stress they are so worth your money: also side note I didn’t have a bad side effects
