The wrist thing is just 2 metal pokey bits that came loose and ended up losing it so I didn't get to find out whether it works or not. Please fix the straps so it's more secure.

This is my second one I've had and I feel lost without them. They realy do work. I dnt feel as fat and heavy. Wear this and see for yourself It does help to remove bloating weight and everything else it supposed to do

Strap and clasp useless just a little button to push into a hole. I wore it outside by mistake and it fell off somewhere and I’ve lost it ☹️

Well it's a lie about 2 to 3 days try a month. instructions all in Chinese .no indicators to where to charge .I used this as soon as it turned up .And it is a waste of money.The photos they use are copied from other company's.The 1 star was so I could post my review.

Don’t bother waste your money could not charge it till I had emailed them to ask how. When they did get back to me tried to pull the side up and the band snapped so no good at all now

Extremely poor quality and easily comes unfastened falling off your wrist. The one bought lasted around a week before losing it.
