I have been using this brand since Feb this year (2025).As a retired athlete I find that this is the best brand that I have ever used in my 26+ years of racing and provides the best health/performance benefits possible. I try to stay healthy, after my racing career caught up with me and I became disabled, I am doing my best to regain my strength and get a decent form back. I may not be racing anymore and my workout regimen is nothing like it once was, but this brand does indeed do what is supposed to do.I will say this about the product, it starts to clump once you get closer to the bottom of the tub but I am sure it’s probably due to moisture over time. I did drop a moisture absorbing packet in the tub to help keep it fresh once I noticed the clumping so I will drop a fresh moisture absorbing packet in right away on my reorder.I have used many brands over the years, top brands that cost over 4 times the amount of this one and I honestly believe, again, this has been the best I have ever used.No taste, fine texture, no spikes, very effective, again the quality is by far the best I have ever consumed and my labs look really good, my doctors are amazed at my achievements and I know that this along with other supplements help me in achieving my new goals.This as part of your stack or just part of your workout supplements is a good choice.I say give it a shot, I think you will be satisfied. Just remember, you must load first if you are not currently taking it already and do your best not to miss a day. I will give it a 5 star because it does what it supposed to do. BUT near the end it will start to get a little clumpy and will not dissolve as well when poured into liquid but thats not going to stop me from buying it again. Great price still works but if I was comparing it to previous brands I've had better mixing with other creatine. ( That cost more). You get what you pay for.

Great bang for your buck. I feel it is effective however my only issue is the claim each scoop is 5g. I weigh them and it takes 3 scoops just to get to 10grams. So serving size is a tad sketchy.

Will make you look like you got a pump 24/7. No need to load it in the beginning. I used to do the loading phase on other brands of monohydrate and that caused bad digestive issues. Maybe this brand is just better. But doesn't matter anyway, as seems I reached the full water saturation within a week, and was looking swoll from the get go. Gonna use 5 grams a day forever. The verdict is out, no need to load or cycle on and off. Creatine monohydrate is something you can and should take daily forever

This is the best value for creatine I have been able to find by far. I also had bought the nutri-cost previosly, but this has a smaller size scoop for the same dosage level, making the packaging much smaller. This also means you will have less creatine floating around in whatever you are drinking, which is always nice. Pretty tasteless, and since there is less you also get less powder at the bottom, which I found you get no matter how much you stir if you are just using water. It doesn't dissolve in cold water, but no creatine really does. Works great for me.

I just started with creatine and have been taking this for about a week. I do take it in the later part of the afternoon. It definitely is going to improve my workout performance in the evenings. What I love most already is I have no appetite after I drink it and some water until the next day.
