The product never jailed up like it's supposed to I need my money back

This was my first time buying from this distributor but, certainly not my last. I am impressed. The product arrived as scheduled. Everything was packaged neatly. The sea moss is authentic and plentiful!

This is described as organic and wild crafted. However, it is very obviously farm-raised due to the smell of chlorine and an excessive amount of salt -uncharacteristic of wild harvested varieties. This is intentionally misleading.I purchased another certified variety at the same time and the quality couldn't be more different. The salt content is very minimal on wild harvested varieties. Just think about the seaweed you bring back from the beach. It should be a light powdery dusting and not enough large crystals of salt that can be shaken loose on the counter like table salt. It was just the epitome of what sea moss shouldn't be.It can't be returned, so i am stuck with it. Very disappointed. If I wanted farm-raised, I would have ordered such. This also gets so soft super quickly. The moss was also soft out of the package which means it was not properly dried and could create potential mold. However, the amount of salt and chlorine on the product would probably kill the mold. It's a shame to have deceitful advertising. People who purchase sea moss die so to improve their health and not to consume products that do more harm just to make a buck.I would give zero stars if I could. If you are new to sea moss, do your research. Run away from this item.

As other reviewers noted, my sea moss arrived wet and full of sand...both of which adding weight to the package. My package felt "squishy" before I opened it so I spread my wet sea moss out on this pizza pan and put it into the sun to dry. I can kinda understand them wanting to pack it wet because it wasn't as easy to get it back into the package once it had dried and got "crispy". Otherwise, the amount you get for the price seems to be good but the proof will be in how well/easy it can be cleaned of sand and any other debris to make my sea moss gel. If I'm able, I'll update my review.
