Great buy
Purchased a home that didn't have a bathtub in the master suite because previous owner was wheelchair bound. Large area so purchased this to go along with freestanding soaker tub. It was super easy to install. Water flow is great. The hand held portion has water from the top and the side depending on your setting.

It has a beautiful water fall facet with an attached hose
I love the water flow. I love that there are two separate shut off values. My first stand alone faucet hose leaked, so we had a big problem with only one shut off value. This faucet is perfect with a shut off value for the water fall facet and a separate one for the hose, and it’s beautiful and a great value.

Water spout is too shallow
The media could not be loaded. I love the look, but upon install we realized the open spout on top is a terrible design. When the water is on full blast water pours out and over the sides of the spout making a huge mess on the floor. Also, the tall part is very wobbles and seems unstable. We will probably replace it.

Black coating is peeling off
Purchased this 1 year ago for the master bathroom. We don’t use it frequently(maybe 1/week) and the black coating is already peeling off the spout. Additionally, the sprayer handle never fully drains after use and leaks onto the floor when hanging it back up.

Help..
The media could not be loaded. The removable nozzle keeps leaking water after turning the knob to the fixed faucet.. it’s very inconvenient because the water lands on the floor not inside the tub. Is there anything i can adjust to fix that issue?
