Great sourdough starter, I use fresh milled flour and it converted beautifully. It's made some delicious sourdough bread.

This starter is very active, and has been easy to maintain. Since rehydrating it, I have made several loaves of bread, and they have all turned out perfectly. I use the discard for cookies and muffins. Very beginner friendly; I tried several times to make my own starter and could never get it to keep going, but this one has done wonderfully!
