Beautiful, swappable heads, and highly articulated!
Beautiful doll, nicely made clothes, removable earrings and a new swappable head design, with easy to open packaging... though she's got the same 3 t-tags stabbed through her head to keep her in place in the box.The new barbie Basics dolls all have a differently shaped neck-peg that allows you to remove the head without needing to use boiling water or heat to first soften the head, which will be great for collectors who like to head swap. With big blue eyes and stunning white hair, she's got a dramatic eye make up that really suits her. I personally think the lashes are a little overdone, but I love that her brows are a grey shade that suits her hair really well. Her face is NOT shiny, nor is it pixelated. This doll is a match for the Made to Move swirl Yoga Millie for anyone looking for a nice body and a cute outfit, and has the same level of articulation as any other MTM dolls. She's a shade or so darker than the Tennis Player doll.Mine arrived with tight but not impossible to move joints and no large manufacturing errors... though there is the slightest discoloration on her right bust, in a spot that will be hidden if she has even a bikini on, so it's not a dealbreaker for me.She comes wearing silver hoops, a black mini dress with an open back and sides, and dramatic high heel 'gladiator' style sandals/boots. She comes with a little double sided adhesive on the front of her thighs to hold the skirt in place, but that's easy to remove, if you want to.The black dress IS shedding just the slightest amount of lint or dust, which looks more dramatic on her pale skin, but that's easy to wipe away. I don't store or display my dolls in black clothing long term for safety reasons (the dye can stain over time) but I think this dress would *probably* be safe on her? It's super cute, but I got mine to redress and eventually rebody on a petite doll, so we'll see!Her silver hoop earrings are removable, but be aware that the metallic finish is a little fragile and the plastic isn't the strongest, and regular removal will continue to chip and damage the finish... but being removable, they're also super easy to replace with other earrings if and when they break. I removed mine to slide off the plastic protectors and found her ear-holes are coated in silver paint already. All in all, if these dolls replace the Barbie Looks like I'll be sad to lose the bright colorful outfits, but there IS something so chic about an all black look and I love the new neck peg design. She's a good price for a quality product, and I'll be grabbing more from this line, I'm sure.

There is a method - Off with her head!
I buried the lead, so scroll if thats all you're looking for. Its here, how to swap her head without damage.Got mine yesterday and was disappointed to see it mailed in a bag. Crushed box still in it's tissue paper. The doll was unharmed, but common complaint. Should ship Barbie in a box - always.I love her. I don't have many with this face sculpt done up this nicely. Love her eyes, as many others have said. Not including any pics as others have covered that thoroughly. Love the poses. If the joints weren't obvious, she'd look like a real person. Here it is, the swapable doll. Her head is intended to come off. Use a hairdryer on hot to soften her head first. It's not noted anywhere on or in the box how to do this. If you don't have experience with removing doll heads, just pulling can stress the neck peg enough to break it. This line is in answer to customizers who regularly de-head dolls and the box really should address how that's done. So nice to not have an anchor peg to fight with or snip now. Thank you, Mattel.I haven't done this to mine yet. I like her as is. For now. Now, about those tabs that lock the head in the packaging and rip out hair when removed....

Stunning
She is gorgeous. She is a Karl face sculpt. I took her hair down and it still looks good. She is Made to Move Barbie so she is fully articulated and can pose in many ways. Arms move, wrist, waist, knees head, elbow and feet. Her dress is very pretty. I would recommend this doll. You cannot go wrong with with a Karl sculpt.

Some Stuff About Siobhán
Very nice! She's so cute! (I named her Siobhán) She's very articulated so I can pose her for photos and videos and her outfit is really nice and elegant it's also compatible with my other Barbie dolls! I changed her up a bit and I'm gonna give her a different look by the way this is a really nice doll that I was really looking forward to getting and happy I got it!

Rare Face Mold
She's beautiful. I only have I think three of this face mold including her. I recommend getting this one because a lot of the dolls have the same face. This one has a face Barbie only uses for premium dolls.

But Second Barbie Looks doll!
I am a member of Mattel Creations and was limited to only buy 1 of these. I was very happy to find it on Amazon where I could purchase another one. Beautiful doll with a gorgeous head of platinum blonde hair a beautiful face sculpture.

Barbie
The doll was just as pretty as the photo. She is a little smaller in stature (feet too) than a standard Barbie but is fully poseable. Love that it comes with a stand. Great price. Nice to see a more natural looking redhead from Mattel.

Gorgeous Face, Jointed Body Not Appealing
As a fan of the Original Barbie Basics series, I wasn't sure what to expect from the 2025 revamped collection. I purchased Model 05 and was very pleased to see she has a gorgeous face sculpt and silky saran hair. However, the jointed "made-to-move" body, takes away from the doll's face. While I like the option to pose, less obvious joints would be an improvement. Definitely swapping the head of this doll for a slender Model Muse body. Quality of shoes, earrings... not the standard of Original Black Dress Basics. Now Mattel... where is the Teresa face sculpt for this series? Or Steffy? Add a couple classics to the 2025 line.
