Very good quality product. I an a Plumber so between attics, out side and customers afraid to use ac in Texas I am impressed with item. Stays in place with no blood circulation cut off. Keeps BCM in place. Fabric light and airy. Recommend for both work and play.

This is a really disappointing pair of cuffs. They are not at all as shown in the pictures -- they are much shorter and wider. I measured my arm to make sure I ordered the right size, and these still didn't fit. Do not recommend.

So, for the good: this is true to size and stays put. It should protect insulin pods as designed. That being said, this was a little shorter than I was expecting. I got the XXXL size and it doesn't really take into account that arms my size are going to be squishy. Having this only going part of the way down my arm is leaving a weird roll in my arm where the band ends. I also think it's a little overpriced at the current $18.99 price point.
