Great Product
Easy to source this item through Amazon. Tried finding locally and found it difficult. Got this on here and it has helped to regulate my husbands A1C . It's a win win for us.

I did see less belly
I took this product easy to swallow. After like 2 months of taking saw results of losing weight like 5 or so lbs what I liked is that it did help me have belly. After a few months take break because it can give you stomach pain.

It works well for sugar control and cholesterol control
I have been taking this product for almost a year now. After about 7 months of usage had a cholesterol check done. My cholesterol numbers were down significantly. Biggest change was in triglycerides which reduced by almost 50%. No real difference in my physical activity from before taking this medication to after. Sugar is controlled, though not as effective as metformin. but i had serious gastric trouble with metformin. With this product minimal gastric trouble. Of course, this is my personal experience, and other people will certainly have different results. I take this like metformin, 3 per day, 1 each after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

don't take with meds
Works great to lower glucose. Actually, I was astonished.However, it does cause loose stools. And something people don't realize is berberine utilizes the P450 enzyme (same for CBD), and should not be taken with meds. Wait 2 hours before AND after taking meds.Otherwise it might cause side effects of the medications that you never had before. And might cause the meds to work stronger.

Wonderful product with benefits
Excellent natural supplement. I have type 2 diabetes & didn't want to take Dr prescribed medicines. A naturalist suggested since my blood sugar runs high, to take this. Soon after taking this my blood sugars were noticeably lowered. I don't have any side effects, the capsules are easy to swallow and I love that these are all natural. Great product but must check blood sugar often to make sure it doesn't go too low or consult with a professional.
