I am on my second bottle and I will say that I have had no adverse effects, bad taste or stomach issues. Did not find them hard to swallow. I did notice a decrease in appetite and cravings were lessened. My portions are much smaller, do not feel like raiding the fridge and I feel fuller longer. Not an uncomfortable feeling, just no hunger pangs. Working for me. With exercise I am noticing consistent weight loss albeit minimal but it adds up.

Awesome product! I had more energy my 1st week of low carb than I usually do. I lost 10 lbs the 1st week and I only had 25 lbs total to lose - blew my mind! I did not notice any difference in weight or cravings from using this. I would also say buyer beware..... from the time I started using this, I had very frequent nosebleeds, and some headaches. I thought it might have been due to the stress that was going on in life, but the nose bleeds stopped between me taking a brief break after finishing one bottle, and starting the next. When I started the next bottle, within a couple of days, it was back to the nosebleeds. When I quit taking the supplement, the nosebleeds ended again.
