Third time I used this rucksack the small zip on the front pocket pulled right off when zipping it up. As we were out for a cycle ride and had just put the car keys in the pocket it was a major inconvenience to try to open the pocket.Update to this review - As a result of this review I was sent a black 30 litre Kaka rucksack free of charge in exchange for a review of the product. I had ordered the company’s previous model and had to send it back as one of the zips broke after a couple of uses. The zips on this rucksack are definitely more chunky and robust, however I am not sure how weatherproof they would be in the rain as there are no rainflaps over them. As the rucksack is sold as waterproof the zips could be a problem. In use I found the rucksack to be very uncomfortable. The shoulder straps are too wide, and dig into my upper arms. Trying to adjust the rucksack to get the right balance just made it dig in more. After a while, I had sore marks on my arms where the straps had dug in. I find that the straps have to be shortened so much that the carrying handle on top sticks into the back of my head, plus there is no chest strap, so when the rucksack is full the weight drags down on my shoulders making it extremely uncomfortable. I experienced these problems with the rucksack after just a couple of hours wearing it. After having these problems, I gave the rucksack to my husband to try, in case it just didn’t suit me. His verdict? He has exactly the same problems with it as me. So I would not recommend this rucksack to anyone, I think there are some serious issues with the design, which need sorting. We've given up on these cheap rucksacks and bought a Cube one for around £90 - I guess you get what you pay for.

just great, finally i have a bag that is truly made for travellers, the bag doesn't hurt my back when i carry load of stuff! it fits perfect. the design and the colors are beautiful. I am very happy with this purchase. I used it so far once but I fit many things inside of it and it looked very sturdy! However, i haven't tried to use it under rain yet.

When it wasn't broken it was perfectly fine as a backpack. One month in one of the internal pockets ripped and so was unusable, but on the whole I wasn't too bothered. 4 months in both zips have broken and the areas around the base of the zip have ripped.

Good build quality.Capacity not as advertised (40l) (I have a 35l backpack that is larger).Calculated external volume is only 32l.Could just fit a 15" laptop and not much more.Waterproof qualities not tested as yet.

fantastic value for money. very strong sturdy material. Looks and feels like a much more expensive one. Plenty of room and lots of small compartments

The zipper is awful and always clip the water cover, so closing the backpack sometimes takes minutes!! I totally hate this product

The bag isn't very well made and the zips are not up to scratch for the price of the bag
