my 1st training bra and very happy with it
I've been looking for sports bras for so long but never finding any that would feel right.I'd got reluctant on getting this since this item has many mixed reviews and its not a cheap item at all (it actually cost me more than my trainers). When arrived and at the first look I was distress, for the material was very thin and malleable and I immediately thought it would feel like a swim suit (clingy and non supportive) but thankfully I was wrong. I got it on and it felt fine, it gives excellent support and I didn't really quite expect it to be so fit. The upper clasp was a bit of a struggle at first but soon you get used to doing it behind your neck without thinking too much (see if you can put your hands behind your head and touch the point below the neck almost between the shoulder blades, if you can, then it will be fine). It does look good after you put in on(I browsed many pieces that simply were off-putting just by the look of them) and the material feels very good on the skin, no rough edges around the seams.Since my size is quite the average, I really don't get any problems with the straps coming off or undone, since i really don't carry that extra volume/tension on my chest than a bigger sized chest would, I realized that many of the bad reviews i read came from people that have small backsize and a large cupsize. The only thing that bothered me about this bra, was that after wearing for half a day it made my upper back area (cervix/neck/shoulders) very tense and sore but I guess its because of the upper clasp which is novelty for my back. Also the bra sizing was strange to me. And this was my main struggle with buying the item. So be sure you know your true size!So after a lot of measuring I finally got my SA size 36C (but after arrival and putting it on, I've been pointed that I looked squeezed into it and perhaps I should have gone with a 36D. -I don't feel that AT ALL - but I suppose if I had a way to try them on before buying I would have tried a larger size to be safe - but in normal bra sizes I'm usually a 38B, so what is going on with these sizes? I'm very comfortable with this bra, but in the back of my mind i'm still thinking that my bra size might be wrong.)

Every Female Runner Must Have One
I see women running without the proper support - and I want to stop them and explain the damage they are doing to their breast ligaments : and it is so easily avoidable. The research underpinning this particular bra is very thorough, as evidenced by the end product. The bra does everything it says on the advertising blurb, and once you have found your own individual method of getting it on (I suggest you go somewhere on your own to spare being a source of hysteria - but you will have the last laugh!) you will forget you even have boobs. I cannot speak for all women, but certainly all those I have recommended this bra to, and who have worn it, have never looked back. And some of them are particlarly well endowed. There is just one design flaw: the elastic along the bottom - on runs of longer than about 15 miles - starts to rub and chafe. I have two scars from extensive chafing, as on all runs prior to these longer ones I had not experienced any issue with chafing. I now tape up prior to a long run, and have overcome the chafing issue. On doing a bit of reading around this, the only reason I could come up with is that it is recommended that ALL sports bras (not just this particular make) are replaced after 40 washes. As much as I would like to be able to do that, it is just not feasible (athough finding them on Amazon at so much less than in a department store was a delightful find). But overall, they are well worth the investment. They do seem to be improving them all the time, so I am hopeful my chafing issue will be a thing of the past in the not too distant future.

What is all the fuss about, ladies?!
Size : 38ESports : Mixed genres of dance, running and gym workout After reading x-amount of reviews on this bra I was definitely unsure of my original intent to purchase however in the end I am 110% happy I decided to purchase this item.I currently use Triumph Tri-Action sports bra and decided it has seen better days when I stumbled across this Shock Absorber model.Material and Design : The item is well built with a double lining to absorb moisture and minimalise any discomfort during exercise. A lot of fuss has been made about straps becoming undone etc througout work out however I cannot see this being possible as I struggled to open the bra straps in order to change the length. Other reviews claim that you need to have out-of-the-ordinary arm flexibilty in order to even get the bra on in the first place but it is safe to say, these claims are over dramatic. The best way to put the item on is leaving the top hooks in and opening the back catches as if applying a standard U back bra. Those who often wear cross back straps will find this style of bra easy to wear.Sizing : This style is said to run small however I ordered my normal size and it fitted perfectly and comfortably. If you are nervous of sizing order one back size up as cups are claimed to run big but back size small but in my case this did not apply. (I usually purchase size 14 - 16 - 18 size tops depending on the brand obviously but just an fyi for rough information).Amazon Service : Item came within 3 days, well packaged as usual. This item is an absolute steal at just under 25£ considering it's RRP is 37£ + and above.I am happy that I purchased this bra and it feels totally comfortable and ensures I feel confident while wearing it. I would definitely advise anyone that is big chested like myself to at least give it a try. Hope this helped :)

Great Bra for Distance Running
This is the only bra I will wear for distance running. Great for larger chested women, particularly DD and up. No chafing and comfortable. Size up in the band size, runs a little small.

Definitely buy a size bigger.
Definitely buy a size bigger. Otherwise it is a really great bra especially for someone with larger breasts who want the extra support for aerobic type exercise. I am not moving at all! lolOnly wish I had ordered a size larger.
