There are many nights when I can’t turn my brain off and get to sleep. These work great for helping me fall asleep and stay asleep and they taste great too!

Does the job well, I sleep like a baby at night with no drowsiness the next day. I switch between regular and extra strength they both work wonders.

Olly Sleep dispelled my previous belief that melatonin didn't work. This supplement works! I use the quick dissolving tabs and they are tasty. The supplements don't prevent me from waking up, for night restroom needs, but I fall right back to sleep. There is a little fog in the morning, but nothing terrible and it shakes of pretty quickly.

My favorite melatonin supplement!First off, these taste great. Second, these reduce the amount of time it takes me to fall asleep. I always feel like I sleep really, really good when I take these.I don’t take them every night but the nights that I do, they’re really effective. I like that I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy!
