Length was good as I am a petite size. I thought dresses like this can go over my knees course I am 4"11 the top bit was fine but the down bit from my waist down was a bit tight couldn't button up all the button as I have a bit of hips

Perfect if you want to look like an escapee from Wentworth Detention Centre
I thought this looked super cute in the product image, and I’ve been on the lookout for a denim dress for some time. Unfortunately, I should have learned my lesson from the last denim dress that I ordered, as I was really disappointed.This for starters, is a really thin, lightweight denim, which unfortunately has no shape. Not even with the ties in the middle. I pulled and pulled and it just hung there, making me look shapeless. It’s the most unflattering item that I own. I bought a size 14 for the bust but I think the sizing is totally off - not that I think buying a size or two down would make any difference. It was more like a size 16 or 18.I liked the effect of the pockets over the bust and there are pockets in the side too, but it was also slightly too long for me. (I’m 4ft 11in, so granted everything is normally too long for me.)I also don’t think the tie in the middle really helps with anything. Rather than just have it more fitted in the waist, the ties cheapen it quite a lot.If the material had been better quality and less lightweight, and it had been more true to size/fitted, I think I would have liked this a lot better. My hunt for a cute denim dress continues.
