I bought these for my wife as she is Gluten intolerant, and I enjoyed the whole box.Taste: For gluten free or not we both agreed they are great taste.Smell: Honestly closer to a pre packaged honey bun but that not a bad thingDryness: a Little dry (think like a coffee cake) but with a glass of milk or coffee its perfect.Texture: Heres where it killed it for her... it is a little chewy in parts, but if you heat it for 10-15 seconds like they advise, its easy to get past it cuz its that damn good.TLDR: Great as a protein snack or gluten free. for being both I am beyond impressed and smashed the whole box.

When eaten cold out of the wrapper they're fine but sort of dry but when they Really shine and the Only way I eat them is heating up in the microwave for 8 to 10 secs until they feel slightly warm and the middle is gooey. Adding some peanut butter and honey is so yummy, makes it taste like a fresh sweet roll, plus a little bananas cut up around it is even better 😋, love these! Plus the protein content is solid and the pretty high fiber level is even better.

Better than I thought it would be. Best if used warmed. Could use a bit more cinnamon. It will make the chocolate pop as well as the dough, less bland, it does taste buttery. A bit more chocolate frosting would be great. But overall for something that gives you the opportunity for a treat without baking it yourself as you're allergic to the wheat America uses now. Unlike most gluten free products, this one didn't cause bowel problems. I'm ordering it again though it is a bit pricey. 😋 yummy

These are a great solid snack! Great protein and when you heat it up, it’s yummy! Definitely a great high protein dessert option if you’re counting macros! They hit the spot. I liked these better than the Legendary Cinnamon Rolls but I think that’s personal preference because I like chocolate more than cinnamon. I would definitely recommend these if looking for a late night snack or sweet tooth option! Worth it

I was very skeptical upon purchasing a protein cinnamon bun. While it is not going to be as good as anything, you are going to get from a donut shop or that boutique cinnamon roll store in the mall, this is not bad and will take care of the sweet tooth. The flavor, despite being slightly chalky is of cinnamon and icing and it smells like a cinnamon roll. If you have a sweet tooth in our low-carb, or are tired of protein powder 24/7, this is an option for you. Slightly pricey, not large, but less than you would pay for a lot of other things.

Good while hot but as soon as they cool down you taste major protein product and topping is horrible once not hot. Eat quickly and no problem.

Good price for a box of these. It is a bit bland, however. I may nuke it for a bit next time I snack. I wanted to give these a try since i’m trying to lose weight but also eat healthy and it definitely goes good as a mid day snack or something light for the morning/post work out snack.
