originally the trimmer was nothing special, just had a screen, 1 year later it stopped working.the reason I am changing this review to positive is because the trimmer was still in warranty and I called customer service.they guided me to make sure it wasn't something I can fix in about 5 mins, and than just sent me a new one no questions asked. this is one of those few customer services that leave you with your mouth open on how good they were. just for this reason, I would buy again.

My trimmer has proven to be robust and well-made with plenty of useful attachments and many small-increment adjustments to get your best cut. Also, the long battery life is a bonus. All in all, it's a great trimmer that feels good in my hand.

Cuts like butter. Also their customer service is above and beyond. Very responsive and helpful. I will be using brio for a long time after my experience with them.

For short stubble, this is the best trimmer I have ever used. It makes fast work of giving you a short (1MM) buzz.I used this for about. Month before I discovered that the guards clip on rather than slide on. I was using them by sliding them on and they constantly came off and didn’t work great.Complaints are that the guards could be better, same basic quality as a $20 Walmart buzzer. Second is that even with purchasing the separate “zero blade” you still can’t clean up hair lines, around your ears etc that well, there is still a slight gap between the rake and blade.

Good cuts good

I purchased it based on all the online hype. But this thing is trash. I don’t know why it stings and cuts my skin. Other trimmers don’t. Something is wrong with this thing.

Very durable and strong blades with a high rpm to cut your hair efficiently. This works better for thick hair than any other product I've used. It has great battery life and tons of adjustments for blade speed and length. It's just the right size for beards and you can purchase additional blades for your body if you want to.Good results and a happy beard. Would buy again

Excellent build quality with a really great blade that stays sharp and runs quiet. Adjustable trim lengths, powerful motor, and a long-lasting battery. Great for precision grooming, though not waterproof
