I bought these because I love alternative ear piercings. I already had one piercing on my lobe and the tragus that I had done years ago. But I wanted a few more on only one ear in a sequence different from what I've seen on others. I was told that professional piercers recommend not using these on cartilage as there is a risk of developing keloids or infection. But I cleaned the area with the antibacterial wipes and pressed the gun quick and hard to avoid displacement or only piercing half way and they have been fine and look lovely. I roughly added each one every 2 months to let the previous one heal and have added 5 without any issues.

I've had this product for a few weeks now psyching myself up to use it. Whilst my wild child days are long over, for my 50th birthday I really wanted an industrial bar ear piercing as I guess my final hurrah! The description made it clear it should not be used for cartilage piercings, but some of the feedback suggested otherwise. I was very sceptical looking at the design of the device... although the earring is included, but very happy about the alcohol wipes. So with a bit of Dutch courage, after a g&t and I braced myself for what I imagined would be quite drawn out and painful. I am shocked... really quick, really simple (be careful of the plunger falling out, but if it does, use the alcohol wipe and resite it) and literally a tiny nip (I really want to say painless as I didn't even flinch!) And job done. I couldn't recommend high enough for such a cheap bit of kit.

Wanted my second ear piercing for a while but can never find the time so thought I'd give this a go, I also have some of the aftercare lotion left from my daughters ear piercing. Asked my husband if he'd do it as wasn't sure if I'd be brave enough but ended up while lining it up just doing it myself, once I did one I had to do the other one. It's easy and quick, my ears feel fine today and I'm hoping as long as follow the usual aftercare then there won't be any issues.Also have another 2 sets left as well, very impressed !

Don't worry kids this is safe and Painless. Pic to prove it... you got this!!!My daughter(in pic) would not let the piercer in a shop touch her. I wasted £50?.....Highly recommend. Save yourself spending £50 at Claires accessories.

Product worked really well. Really pleased with it. Got a friend to do it for me and I did hers. We marked up with a pen first . Cleaned the area and away we went. Didn’t hurt . The backs didn’t click on some but we just applied it with a clean hand . Worth the money . We only used it on soft tissue not cartilage.

I don’t usually write reviews, as I buy that much stuff from Amazon, I dread to think how long it would take to review each item 😁. I was very skeptical about buying this product, as I didn’t think it would be very good, but I was sooo wrong. Super quick & easy to use & not painful at all. 4 piercings done in under 5 minutes. I was glad that each piece comes in it’s own sterile pack. The only thing missing, was the pen to mark where your piercing will be, but that’s no biggie. One day after piercings & all is fine, no pain or swelling, doesn’t even feel like I’ve had them done. I will definitely be buying again 👍🏻

I was a bit nervous to do these myself when it came to it, but I pulled my big girl pants up and got on with it. The trickiest part is getting them in the correct place. Could really do with a marking out a dot, but no pen included. Also, if you're a side sleeper, you might want to do one at a time because they are quite sore if you lay on them! Otherwise, relatively pain free to put in. Hurt for an hour or two afterwards, but that's to be expected. Would recommend. I will be doing a third when these have healed. (I did the second lobe piercing in the photo, the stud)Update: I pierced my third hole 4 days ago, and it was fine. It's been a week since I did my other one, and no issues. I'm using a spray, specific for after piercing, which is antibacterial. I use this 3 times a day. I also wash them daily with non perfumed gentle face wash, and dry with cotton buds. Otherwise, I leave well alone. No twisting! No touching with dirty fingers.

These piercings are really easy to use & they come with antibacterial wipes to wipe ur ears before piercing them. Only thing is I don’t recommend to keeping the earring that comes with this for long as it’s a cheap one that will just irritate ur ears after a while.
