Misrepresentation, an obvious bait and switch- claims to be RoHS compliant across their line of shelves (attached), yet when I _finally got a CSR that even knew what this widely-known compliance standard was, they claim they have no certificate for this product. I could not believe it, I ask again for verification. They did not get compliance.A total showstopper (for my application) from the beginning, shouldn't have even started. If they didn't lie, I would had moved on to purchase from another manufacturer, I wasted needless time/money/effort racking/evaluating- time that I will never get back.I am DONE with this company- off my list. It's too much a risk to try any of their other products, as I can no longer trust their documentation.

I bought 2 of these for a brand new rack. I like the expandable depth (and the fact there are multiple options of varying depths). I set both up in no time, and have room make it deeper if my server needs my rack to also adjust. Very solid, I have a desktop PC and UPS on one, and a couple of NAS's on the other. I bought the second for the NAS's as I did not trust any shelf to hold them without shaking or vibrating constantly; glad I did. Would buy again, but may obsolete them sooner than later by purchasing rack-mount equipment.Tip, I bought some "RuiLing 50pcs Adjustable Cable Ties Self-Adhesive Fixing Base For Wire Management Nylon Cable Straps Cord Clamp ACT-17/22 2 Size" and used small bolts to mount them to the open slots behind devices which allowed some solid and very flexible cable managment.

This shelf is much cheaper than other brands and can hold enough for my needs. I bought five and have various equipment on them. One shelf has a large UPS and a PC tower on it, which worried me but seems to be fine (I should have weighed them first). The UPS was crooked and I thought for a moment the shelf was bending but it was the UPS itself. I placed a small shim under the UPS and it was level with no wobble.If I needed a shelf that could hold 175 pounds or more and could slide out, I would consider something else. However, I just needed something that could hold a decent amount of weight and this one says it can hold 110 pounds. Perfect for me and didn't break the bank.

Super unhappy.This shelf is advertised as 18-31” deep.However the shelf itself is 23.5” therefore the minimum depth lf the raxk must be 23.5”.What a waste of time waiting for this, returning it, and now finding and waiting for another shelf.

I have a Poweredge R710 OEM Dell railed, APC SMT1500 UPS railed on my 22U rack. This shelf extends out and fits very well inside my dimensions of this rack. Some space from rack corners front and back but it’s a good fit for wires to get by. Mounts 19” perfectly. I wouldn’t go any further out on adjustments and then load it. Well made, easy to build and install. Good stuff.
