I love that these rings from Vicmag are adjustable, copper and magnetic. I have washed dishes and cleaned with bleach with my ring on and it is still like it was when i got it. I got the rings because I think they are pretty. I gave the Leaf ring to my mom and I'm wearing the heart ring. We both have been wearing them since I got them and both have lost weight! I didnt expect it to work for that. I just really thought it was pretty and that they were a great price. We both realized we have lost weight and wondered if it was thenring doing it because neither of us are doing anything differently. I've lost two inches! The rings are easy to adjust. Like I mentioned before, my mom and I have both been wearing them while washing dishes and cleaning with bleach, without gloves.If you're considering purchasing. DO IT!They are really pretty rings and have held up just like they said they would!Oh, and they come in a nice Vicmag box too! :-)

Very pretty.

Very pretty and comfortable, except the open ends get snagged and caught on everything. If you have long curly hair, these will ripped your hair out.

I have had a little trouble with my hands feeling tight or sore from the beginning stages of arthritis, & decided to try these. I have noticed a difference in the pain level, & my hands/fingers aren't as sore. However. The adjustable sizing is difficult to get right on the spiral ones, & the bands are just thick enough to slightly pinch the skin if you move just right. They don't tarnish, tho, even with hand washing & using germ gel. So, even tho they work as far as helping my hands feel better, I did go for a lower rating simply because it's difficult to get the adjustable sizes just right.

These are cute and comfortable! Easy to slip on over swollen knuckles and surprisingly does help with inflammation! These also double wonderfully as crochet rings!

Super cute but the quality isn’t there. I wore my ring for about one and a half weeks, taking it off to shower or wash my hands, and the metal “peeled” leaving divots. My finger started turning green and that’s never good. It was easy to adjust, but it’s still a very wide ring- not at all delicate

I started getting osteoarthritis in my fingers a few years ago. My doctor had denied putting me on any arthritis medications as I still was passing my range of motion tests (but I still had pain!) I tried taking supplements like omega-3's, glucosamine, and MSM, which did help quite a bit, but did not help as much when when the bitter cold hit in the winter or when the bariatric pressure and humidity levels changed (I live in the upper Midwest where the weather is quite shifty!). I had an old friend whose parents had bad arthritis and they had swore by magnet therapy. I saw these on Amazon, liked the vintage design, and thought I'd give these a try. The pain was gone almost instantly. Definitely glad I got these. (They are built pretty solid, so I would recommend using something like nose pliers on the inside of them to stretch them out to fit your fingers to the right size.) I felt like I've also lost some water weight from wearing these and get a better deeper sleep at night as well. Overall, a very good investment!
