The product is well packed for shipping and easy to get out of the box and setup for first use. It is well made and solid/heavy with a felt bottle for safe use as a center piece on your table. Product works as advertised and is a great addition for patio nights. I highly recommend. (I added 1/2 inch dark blue glass rounds instead of the regular stones for even greater effects! Get the "grisun" cobalt blue as they don't get dull after exposure to heat) The cans of Alcohol Gel are approx $5 if you buy in bulk and they last 3-4 hours each.A great product but don't buy if you aren't willing to accept that to have this level of ambiance you will need to buy fuel for the fire... (gel alcohol instead of wood in this case =)

I live in a town house with a small balcony. It is so interesting and entertaining to light this little flame at night and to enjoy a quiet summer night.

This is nice and I’m looking forward to using it outside. Used it inside of kitchen table and was nice. No smoke etc. but it came with a couple flaws like a chip on one side and a hole in the actual material on one side. Small though and I made the decision that imperfection is perfection in this case and we’re keeping it!

This is really nice. Good flame, nice crackling sound. Buy the snuffer though.

Great small table top "fire pit". We use it on the deck and also in our sun room. Did not want anything big but this is nice and the fire "crackles" which is perfect!!
