Great for EDC or the job site
I had purchased this originally for small of the back EDC but quickly found that my utility blade also fit and this has seriously become part of my daily outfit. At work my utility knife slides right in and after work in goes the Kershaw Livewire. The leather was a lot better quality than I expected for the price as well.

Became too loose
Very good quality leather, the leather does stretch. And I didn’t trust my knife in it. Sending it back.

Works GREAT!
It's difficult to find a sheath for long, slin pocket knives. These work great but one needs to install a cover, overwise the knife will fall out. Sewed down the opening to make it smaller for a tighter fit and installed a leather snap cover with rivets. Becaue the sheath sits horizontal on your belt, you don't even know they are there, even when sitting. This is my second one, black for the the black knife.
