This is not soft
I bought this to brush the hair off of my 5 year old after I cut his hair. The first time I used it he flinched and yelled out that it was hurting him. I tried it on my neck and he was right. The bristles are not soft and rough to the skin when you brush.

The cleaning brush
The cleaning brush is simply a bad product and does not describe at all what is shown. Using it is uncomfortable. Hairs fall out on their own. Really disappointing. Unsuccessful purchase.
