I suggest you might want sturdier drywall anchors (really cheap at Walmart) if kids are going to be near it. My son thought it could hold him up while he took off his swimsuit.

Product seems to be well made; they should provide more substantial screws however.

Had to use longer, stronger Screw

The media could not be loaded. Just needed something so towels would dry. I hate when my dad just throws it over the shower curtain and it molds. Don’t like that it’s so hard to move and the measurements are weird couldn’t find stud. And plastic is a bad look.. might last 6 months

I am a bit disappointed with this product. I followed the instructions and installed it on Thursday, by Friday it was dangling from the wall. Apparently, my guest tried to hang a towel on it & it almost came off the wall. I really love the functionality so I’m going to find longer screws & anchors to reinstall it.

Very thin steel. Set screws not tight. Mounting screws too short. Side brackets will damage wall (thin and sharp edges). Might be ok for ceramic tiles not for regular walls. Idea good but execution poor. Poor quality. Not recommended.

It was okay, metal a bit sharp where the option to fold out the rack is. It’s large, it needs a big space. My bathroom is small I couldn’t use it and retuned it.
